Shipping & Return Policies

RMA
Please call for a RMA number before returning or exchanging any product.  ATM Link limits the items that can be returned or exchanged, and all returns are subject to management approval.  When shipping a product to us, please write the RMA # on the outside of the box and please insert a piece of paper with the RMA number inside the box.  Please note that improper procedure of returning or exchanging a product may result in delays or ATM Link may not accept such product.

 

Shipping
Products are shipped either from our facility in Houston, Texas or through vendors or manufacturers.  Orders submitted until 3:00pm CDT/CST are typically processed the same business day, but are not guaranteed, while orders submitted after this time are processed the next business day.

We offer various shipping options, including overnight priority delivery.  These orders are subject to the time limitations provided above.  Additional fees will be charged for priority shipping and handling of such orders, including fees to expedite the order.  Although some of our standard orders do arrive overnight, there is no guarantee; therefore, if you require a product overnight, we recommend you choose the overnight priority shipping option when placing your order.

Orders that include multiple items may be split and shipped separately.

ATM Link makes a diligent effort to ship products you order in a timely manner; however, on occasion, some delays may occur.  ATM Link is not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result.

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges
ATM Link honors the manufacturer’s refund policy, and uses such policy to provide credit to its customers.  Such credit may take up to 6 weeks, dependent on the manufacturer.  If the manufacturer refuses to provide credit, then credit will not be provided to you.  However, ATM Link may, at its own discretion, provide an in-store credit (i.e., your account with ATM Link will be credited) up to a certain limit after inspecting the returned/exchanged item.

We accept returns or exchanges of your product within 30 days of the original date of your order and for only those items that are unused.  However, ATMs may not be returned or exchanged except in instances described below in Damaged Products and Shipment Error.

ATM Link will inspect all products returned or exchanged and may refuse to accept them because of damage during shipment, use or misuse of the product, alterations or modification made to the product, or inadequate packaging.  In such instances, you may choose to have the part returned to you with applicable packaging, shipping, and handling fees.

 

Canceled Orders
You may only cancel your order by calling or emailing us.  Cancellations may be subject to shipping and handling fee and restocking fee.

 

Damaged Products
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you ordered is not damaged and that all items are accounted for before you sign-off on the delivery.

If you discover that your product is damaged or any items are missing, please contact us immediately.  You may choose to accept the order if only part of your order is damaged or is missing.  If your order includes an ATM which is damaged, please do not refuse your shipment and contact us immediately.  We will either file claims with the carriers and/or manufacturers or help you file such claims.  Please do not discard any packaging and documents contained with your order.  You will need to take pictures of the damages for us, the freight carriers, and/or the manufacturers.  Please take these pictures and email them to us together with your invoice number and explanation of the damages.  Please email all to sales@atm-link.com.

A damaged product (other than ATMs) returned to us in accordance with these guidelines is eligible for a refund up for 30 days from the day the order was placed by you.  Refunds are issued in the form of in-store credit (i.e., your account with ATM Link will be credited) or direct credit to the method of payment you used to purchase the product, less shipping and handling fees and restocking fees described below.

 

Shipment Error
If you receive any items which were sent to you in error, please contact us immediately so that we can correct your order at no cost to you.  Returns of items shipped to you in error are not accepted after 14 days.

In the event your shipment is undeliverable because of your error (e.g., incorrect address), you will be responsible for all additional costs associated with shipping and handling and restocking fees.


Shipping and Handling Fees and Restocking Fee
Shipping and handling fees apply to all items, unless specifically stated on the web site, including returns and exchanges.  All products eligible for return or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

 

International
ATM Link is currently only accepting orders that need to be shipped within the U.S.
